All the groceries we use in our kitchen are local, whether we make them in our kitchen (like pasta, soups, sausages etc.), or we buy them from local producers. We know the origin of every ingredient that we use in our dishes.


Our whole family is involved in running the restaurant, from the oldest to the youngest.​
